• Women: wear head scarves.
• Offer to help out as much as possible.
• Respect everyone.

The mosque is a place of worship for Muslims and is considered 'the house of god'; therefore Muslims respect the mosque and are usually quieter in the mosque than other places. The mosque is a place of meditation and worshipping in peace ad tranquility. It makes a Muslim feel closer to god.

A mosque is a very sacred place for the Muslims. Before entering a mosque, a Muslim should perform ablution (Wuzu) . It is the symbol of physical as well as spiritual cleansing. The Muslims must remember Allah Almighty while they are in a mosque. It is a place of worship. The Muslims should neither bicker/quarrel with others nor should they speak loudly. The Muslims show complete surrender to Allah Almighty while in the mosque. They should feel as if they are in the presence of the Almighty, and should not utter even a single word that hurts the feelings of others. Even enemies are not killed/punished/insulted in the mosque. It is a place of safety and shelter for all human beings irrespective of their religion, belief or creed.
