There are hundreds of ways to do it. The main thing is you have to somehow conceal the hinge and any gaps around the edges. If you don't mind having your trap door in a closet, then a small closet is the easiest way t do it. The whole floor can swing downward and the edges are concealed by the walls. Bingo. Trap door.

put wooden planks in a shape of a rectangle, there should be 6 blocks and leave the top row blank
