Everything. Acetaminophen is a pain killer who's most common brand name is Tylenol. Acetazolamide is a Carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. Basically it prevents your body breaking down to much carbonic acid into carbon dioxide and water. Your body needs these to be in equilibrium. It has therapeutic value in treating glaucoma epilepsy sleep apnea, and even altitude sickness. It is even entering trials for treating Marfan syndrome. Pretty cool drug!!!!
