He follows Helen to work a few day's in a row until Helen tell's Link Deas Bob is following her and she's afraid to walk to work from the public road and pass the Ewell house, so he scares away Bob saying he'll have him arrested for assault of a women.
Robert E. Lee Ewell (Bob Ewell)
Bob Ewell, the father of Mayella Ewell, harasses Helen Robinson in the book "To Kill a Mockingbird." He taunts and intimidates her while she walks to work, making racist remarks and threatening her because of her relationship with Tom Robinson.
Link Deas threatens to have Bob Ewell arrested for harassing and intimidating Helen Robinson if he doesn't stop his behavior. Link warns Bob that he will not tolerate any mistreatment towards Helen.
He harassed her by following her to work everyday. The Ewell's also whispered obscenities at her and only stopping when Deas (Robinson's boss) threatened to get him arrested.
Bob Ewell is a character from to kill a mockingbird, that accuses a black man (Tom Robinson) of abusing his daughter, when it was really Bob Ewell who abused her. The Ewells are a poor family because any money that Bob Ewell makes he just goes and spends it on whiskey. Later he attacks scout because he is angry at everybody involved in the case because he lost his dignity, and Boo Radley kills Bob Ewell.
Mr. Link Deas learns Helen is walking out of her way to work because Bob Ewell "chunked at her". Mr. Deas walks Helen home that day and shouts into the Ewell house that if Helen has any more trouble he will have Bob Ewell arrested.
Bob Ewell targets anyone that insulted him at the trial. This includes Atticus Finch, as the top of his "hit list." His two other notable targets were Judge Taylor and Helen Robinson, Tom's wife. He failed in hurting either, and when he tried going after Atticus' children, he died at the hand of Boo Radley.
During this part of the novel, Bob Ewell is seen following Tom Robinson's widow, Helen Robinson, making him appear suspicious since he is known to harbor ill feelings towards her husband. Bob's behavior towards Helen adds to the tension and suspicion surrounding him in Maycomb.

Several witnesses testify at Tom Robinson's trial, including Mayella Ewell, Bob Ewell, Sheriff Heck Tate, and Tom Robinson himself. Mayella and Bob Ewell accuse Tom Robinson of assaulting Mayella, while Tom Robinson maintains his innocence. Other witnesses provide additional evidence and perspectives on the case.
Bob Ewell threatens Atticus Finch by spitting on him, harasses Tom Robinson's widow Helen by following and intimidating her, and attacks Jem and Scout Finch in retaliation for Atticus defending Tom in court.
The three events from chapter 27 of To Kill A Mocking bird are Bob Ewell losing his job, Bob Ewell attemptin to break into Judge Taylor's house during churchtime, and Bob Ewell had been harassing Helen Robinson.
