but starclan didn't think it was fair that she didn't have a
chance to be a warrior so they bring her back to life in the
form of Cinderheart (one of Sorreltail's kits ) who, unfortunately, doesn't remember
who she was when she's awake but she has strange
dreams of what Cinderpelt has seen and the only ones who know are Jayfeather and Leafpool.

As Cinderpelt she does, a badger kills her as she is trying to protect Sorreltail, during the badger attack in Twilight. She then got reborn as Cinderheart who is still alive as of the forgotten warrior.
Yes, Cinderpaw dies in the "Warrior Cats" series after sustaining severe injuries. She is reincarnated as Cinderheart and continues to play an important role in the series.
