Both Jack and Ralph are very good leaders. They both rule two groups, and they both are very good at being leaders, almost as if that's what they do. Ralph is very good and only makes rules when others also agree. Jack, on the other hand uses pure power and pressure to get his group to do stuff, and doesn't ask others for their opinions.

Jack's leadership style is more authoritarian and dictatorial, focusing on dominance and control. He uses fear and manipulation to maintain power. In contrast, Ralph's leadership style is more democratic and inclusive, valuing cooperation and collaboration among group members. He aims to make decisions collectively and promote unity within the group.

Ralph is more of a civilized leader that wants to be rescued and safe while they are on the island. Jack is more savage and only thinks about hunting pigs and having fun.
