Gas changes into a liquid when the kinetic energy of the molecules (i.e. the temperature) becomes low enough that intermolecular attractions strengthen to the point where the molecules come together more rather than just zipping around. They're still moving and vibrating, but not as much.

As the temperature increases in Kelvin, (0 Kelvin = 273 Degrees Celsius) the molecules in atoms and compounds begin to become more agitated due to the increase in thermal energy, the thermal energy gets converted into kinetic energy which causes the molecules to move, and the movement forces the individual particles apart. Gases are usually really hot and this causes them to be very agitated, and as the temperature decreases the particles in the gas have less thermal energy so in turn less kinetic energy, so they exert less pressure on the air around them, therefore being compressed down slightly into a liquid. Gases can also be turned into liquids by physically squeezing them into a very small amount of space

Most of the moisture condenses on a surface and if there is too much moisture, it becomes into a liquid. in other words, gas becomes too intense and cannot spread out, so the molecules bond into liquid.

Intermolecular distance in liquid is very less than in gas. When we give energy to the liquid, molecules get kinetic energy and they have now random movement which is in gaseous state.
