Screw down non return valves only allow a liquid to be passed one way through it. Even when the valve is in open position valve lid is on the seat unless any liquid is pressurized from its inlet side.Any back flow will be restricted.

shut down non return valve
The PCV Valve is located in between the valve cover and the air cleaner. There is a vacuum hose that connects to the top of it. You will need to remove the air cleaner first and then remove the vacuum hose. Once the hose is removed you will need to remove 1 screw from the small bracket that is holding down the PCV Valve. Be careful and try not to messup the head of the screw, as the material that the screw is made up of is quite soft. So use a screw driver that fits the head.
you need to find the bleeding screw that is located on or by the thermostat housing.you'l know that is a bleeding screw/valve because the bolt is not holding anything down. you'll turn it with the car off. you will see a pin size hole on it. turn on your car and when coolant start to flow out of it you have succesfully taken out the air from the cooling system. answer the coolant system bleeder is generally on water pump the bleeder looks same as a brake bleeder and works in exactly same way
after gate valve, because when you want make maintenance for sump pump , you don't want all water in the pipe drop down sump pump - gate valve - non return valve
open the hood look straight down, there will be a valve with a screw on cap that is usually blue it is connected directly to the a/c pump
ON THE VALVE COVER no if it is stock it will be directly behind the intake phlem between the motor and firewall , dont drop the grommet . also take a 4 inch screw and screw it down in the hole and pull out the metal screen and burn it off before replacing.
You turn the screw in to idol down
If the truck has a duramax diesel then all you have to do is prime the fuel system using the pump on top of the fuel filter housing. Locate the fuel filter and that is the housing you are looking for. On top is a small plastic screw that needs to be removed to allow the air to escape. Next to the screw is an aluminum cap that if you push down on it, it will prime the fuel system. Push down on the pump until fuel comes out of the hole for the plastic screw. If you feel so inclined, replace the screw and follow the fuel line toward the front of the engine. you will see a bleeder valve. Depress the valve with a small standard screw driver and continue to pump the fuel through the line until fuel reaches the bleeder valve. This will be sufficient to make the truck run. Screw down = pressure up. Screw up = pressure down.
yes of course he is he only works 6 months a year and its coming to that time "the road to wrestlemaina"
