The main symptom of anti-social personality disorder is that person has no conscious concerning what they did wrong whether it is hurting another person, committing a crime they feel they are entitled to do as they choose. They experience no guilt.

Just because a person is shy or doesn't like to be around people or isolates themselves, stays away from parties and social events, etc. may or may not indicate "antisocial" behavior as we call it, but this alone does NOT mean that the person has antisocial personality disorder. The disorder implies a lack of caring or feeling, insensitivity toward others, and a potential to harm others emotionally or physically.

It only effects my life when I'm asked to go up in front of a class or a group, or when I get put on the spotlight.
