Only the pulmonary vein will carry blood back to the heart from the lungs, but I'm unsure of "purified" blood. The lungs don't do any "cleansing" of the blood, so there's no real reason to call it purified. Perhaps the better word to use is "oxygenated."
The renal vein carries purified blood from the kidney to the heart.
The aorta is the vessel that carries oxygenated blood from the heart. In contrast, the pulmonary artery is the vessel that carries deoxygenated blood from the heart.

The pulmonary artery carries blood from the heart to the lungs. It is the vessel that carries blood from the right ventricle.
