What skills make a good freeze frame?

There a quite a few things that creates a good freeze frame. Here is what I think are suitable and needed to make a good one. Firstly, you need to show expression in your character, and you need to show the audience your emotion and what its about. Also, you need to stay in character, for example, if it is a sad scene you would have to show that emotion and not laugh or present a different emotion. Furthermore, body language is essential to create a freeze frame, as it shows the emotion and verdict on the situation. The usual, gestures, body language which should be applied with all drama. In addition to that, facial expressions are key to creating good freeze frames, as it tells the audience what you are thinking and what the character is feeling. Also, another thing that produces a good freeze frame is thought tracking. This is where in a freeze frame all the characters say what they are thinking aloud and what is going on in their minds, in order of course. Hoped this helped:)
