If you drink a glass of water before eating, it will help you feel full. Other than that, 8 glasses a day is plenty.

Drinking more water can help you lose weight, but I wouldn't suggest going on a "water fast" or anything of that sort. Too much water can lead to death.

Yes. Water is always good for you, and should be the main liquid you drink. The average adult should be consuming 64 ounces of water a day, thats 8 ozarka bottles. If you want to lose weight, stop drinking sodas and other sugary drinks. There is a type of diet where you primarily drink water when hungry to curb hunger. Although this is probably not best for you (lack of nutrients), you will lose weight crazy fast.

Water is one of the healthiest drinks you can ever be drinking to loose weight .

i would say that if you wanna loose weight in each meal you eat through out the day have a Glass/Bottle of water !

You should drive a full glass of water before you actually eat it will fill you up faster.. and you eat less.. you should drink alot of water because it gets rid off that unnessarcy dirt oil and bad stuff inside of your body and refreshes it for you.
