it helps us see good
light is something that makes things visible or affords illumination so all colors depend on light so of course it helps you to see physically
It gives us light
When white light, which contains "all colors" of light, strikes an object, that object will absorb some light and will reflect some light. The colors that are not absorbed will be reflected, and those reflected colors will make up the color of the objects. Let's look at an example. If white light strikes grass, most of the green is reflected, and the reds, oranges, yellows and blues are absorbed. That's why the grass appears green to us. The grass could be said to be a "green reflecting" material. Red reflecting materials appear red, and blue reflecting materials appear blue. Further, different combinations of reflected light allow us to see the many variations in color and in color intensity that we are able to detect.
Light is an energy force which has weight. Light particles rebound back to the eye because every object has a reflective surface. Perhaps we could ask the question "Why do we see things in different colors?" Light is white in color. This white light is in actual fact a combination of all the colors of the spectrum. When light strikes an object the object will absorb some of the colors but reject others. The combination of these rejected colors give us the color we see. A green cover book is so because the colors blue and yellow were not absorbed by the material of the book cover. Some say that because some objects absorb all colors the object is seen as black, or the absence of color. So why do we still see black objects? Because even a black object has a reflective surface.
we can see in the dark with the light bulb

The receptor cells help us see the color, but light lets us see. Our eye gets the light to the retina and it processes the light to create a image
Cones are light receptors in the eyes that allow us to see different colors.
does it reflect off the water to create all of the colors
it falls on the object and reflects into our eyes this way we are able to see things from light
yes it does because it gives us light to see at night.
Light reflects off objects and enters our eyes, where it is converted into electrical signals that are sent to the brain. The brain then processes these signals, allowing us to perceive and interpret the visual information, which is how we are able to see things.
white light.... , The one that comes from the sun , light bulbs ... and that allows us to see.
No. They're called the visible spectrum, the range of wavelengths us humans can see.
Black would be no colours. the way we see things, is that light bounces off a surface, and into our eyes. The colour of the surface decides the colour of the light that is bounced into our eyes, and allows us to tell what colour it is. If there either isn't any light, or nothing that bounces in our direction, then we'll see the absence of light as black.
