It effects your heart rate depending on how fast or loud the music is. The faster or louder it is, the faster your heart beats on a very low scale. Of course this effects everyone differently.
anything can affect HR, thinking about your HR affects your heart rate. Music definitely can. Music can't do it all by itself, the way it works is music affects your mood and THAT in turn affects your HR. If music makes you angry or upset your HR will rise and if the music soothes you or relaxes you, then your HR will fall.
music does not affect the hear rate at all its more of brain over body! the body reacts to what the brain tells it to! if a person or persons like a song they will get motivated by that song but if the person would rather not hear it then it does nothing! the songs reaction is about what you as a person likes! the heart races when you know a song and the beat is good but if the song is slow and dry and your wanting something loud and thumpin your heartbeat doesn't change! the heart is different from any other body part or organ and really cant be tested but it is proven that if 7 people like this song and 7 like another song their going to sing if all 14 hate another song nothing changes but the silence in the room! that's why i think that the heart rate has nothing to do with music!
Music affects the heartbeat by whatever type it is...Such as if someone is listening to a slow song they will have their heart rate at a steady and relaxing rate. But if the music is at a max. volume in which you like and the beat is heavy then you can have yourself at a very high speed in which you can't control. So next time you listen to music do a short experiment.Just pick a slow and relaxing song doesn't matter which one and another song that has a little more speed to it and take a peice of paper and pen/pencil and record it by putting your right hand over your heart and just have the heartbeat that it goes by and just write your answers down. It's that simple. well hope this comes easy for you and you stop wondering and start anwering. Good Luck!
Music brings people together. It's a universal language. It lets you discover things about a person without even having to ask.
