You can also repeat English letters backwards from Z to A. It requires moderate concentration. It is useful for mild to moderate symptoms such as anxiety and nausea by diverting your attention. After doing it for one to two years, you can experiment with other language alphabets in usual regular order and in reverse order. It also might help to postpone dementia as we are learning. So far there are no clinical studies done to my knowledge in this regard.
