To execute the breaststroke you will first place yourself in the water arms straight out in front of you and legs behind you. Push your arms away from each other so that they create a diagonal with your body be sure your palms are facing out and keep your elbows straight. In a Circular motion bring your elbows to your side and have both hands come into your chest then simply push out to starting point. Make sure to bring neck, head and, your upper chest out of the water for air. For the leg motion you will bend your knees and bring feet towards your bottom, push out in a circular motion until legs are straight and meet again. Try to do the leg motion as quickly as possible.
