Paper chromatography separates molecules based on their solubility in the liquid solvent. One end of the chromatography paper is dipped into a solvent reservoir which travels up the paper via capillary action. The samples are placed on the bottom of the paper, above the initial solvent line. As the solvent travels up the paper, it dissolves the samples and carries them upwards. Based upon the samples' solubility in the solvent, they travel proportionally further or shorter distances.

Add a bit of salt to compose the property of distillation Vs rotary evaporation.

Add deionised water to the distillation sequence of the next of service which is marked F.I on the paper if you don't see that on paper make F.I using the salt that you composed through evaporating technique and that showed how to process the Yuklokm. The Uecaryotes of the beginning of the next faec has to be evaporated. Through the outer membrane that people are not aware of at the moment.

the processing has to be distilled through the back of the VASE then distill it the other way round this will help separate the components in paper chromatography

What is paper chromatography?

Paper chromatography is a technique used to separate a mixture into its component molecules. The molecules migrate, or move up the paper, at different rates because of differences in solubility, molecular mass, and hydrogen bonding with the paper.

How does chromatography separate molecules?

The principle is based on equilibrium of the molecules between the mobile phase and the stationary phase. This will vary depending on the polarity of the substance, and the two phases. If the substance in more soluble in the mobile phase, it will travel further, and vice versa.

Why do you use filter paper in chromatography?

the filter paper allows the chamber to become "saturated" with the solvent.
