here's my thought. Cancers are of two types benign and malignant so basically if it is benign then it's just gonna stay at the skin and compress cells and tissue around it as it expands so this is not as dangerous as Malignant where it breaks off and can form secondary tumours somewhere else in the body. Squamous and basal cell carcinomas can appear in many different forms, they are most likely to appear on skin which is regularly exposed to the sun e.g. face and neck, but they can be found on other areas of the body. Symptoms to look for include:

• A blood blister under a nail, which is not as a result of injury.
