Does people in Spain decorate Christmas trees?

Not everyone. You do get the poor people who can not afford them. The people you see leaving in nice houses are usually rich Spanish residents or foreign people who have moved to Spain who can afford the houses.

Not really they don't really decorate much. They don't even put Christmas lights on their houses.
