For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8,9

When God is given the place He deserves, those who recognize Him realize He alone is a trustworthy source for explaining that which is beyond human comprehension. In His omniscience, God has authored His Word with all-knowing forethought, so that its understanding is preserved for those genuinely searching. He is in the miracle business every day and has a purpose for every miracle He brings to pass.

And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. Mark 16:20

A miracle from the true God testifies to the genuineness of the message and the people associated with it. As originally inspired, God's Holy Word gives us perfect, logical insight as to how miracles come to pass. I Corinthians 12:7-10 lists the nine manifestations of holy spirit including word of wisdom, word of knowledge, faith [believing], gifts of healing, working of miracles, and discerning of spirits. When a believer has God’s Word dwelling in him richly, he can listen for God's still small voice and hear if God is speaking to him by word of knowledge, word of wisdom, and/or discerning of spirits.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Colossians 3:16

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 2:13

God's message may reveal to him the necessary instructions to believe for miracles and healings to come to pass. Genuine miracles take place when believers listen to and follow instructions from the one true God, the father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In a world full of uncertainty, a miracle-filled lifestyle can give us confidence that we are on the right track with Him. The Bible tells us to believe in God's word, the Bible. This is how we put it into action and overcome the world thereby - by faith, (1 John 5.4)

What is the difference in the living bible and the living translation?

The Living Bible paraphrase is a thought for thought translation on each verse rather than a word for word and written by Kenneth Taylor. The New Living Translation is more of a word for word translation, where the Hebrew or Greek is difficult to translate into English the translators have used thought for thought to help make Gods Word easier to understand. No Bible is an exact word for word as there is no (and or the etc.) in Hebrew or Greek. Both these Bibles honour Jesus Christ.
