The Golan Heights dispute has nothing at all to do with Spain.
The Golan Heights is officially Syrian territory that Syrians held until 1967 when they lost it to Israel in the Six-Day War. Syria has been campaigning ever since to get the Golan Heights back from Israel. Israel, however, has (by its own laws) annexed the territory and shows little if any intent on returning it to Syria.

In the treaty with Spain, the territories of East and West Florida were ceded to Spain (without a clear northern boundary, resulting in a territorial dispute resolved by the Treaty of Madridin 1795), as was the island of Minorca.
Actually Spain and Portugal wanted the lands Christopher Columbus discovered and would even fight for it. Later Pope Alexander VI settled the problem by making a boundary for Spain and Portugal.
The Louisiana territory was controlled by France from 1699 to 1762. France handed over the territory to Spain in 1762 and then again reacquired the territory in 1800. During their reign Spain had denied Americans access to New Orleans. Spain did not like American influence to increase in the territory. France at the time of reacquiring the territory had assured Spain that the territory would not be handed over to third party. Spain protested against Louisiana purchase which double the size of United States. Spain and USA later got into a dispute over the boundaries of the territory.
