How does the the tape worm obtain it nutrient?
Tapeworms absorb food through their skin, they no longer have an alimentary canal.
Tape worms are not round worms. A tape worm is a flat worm. Both are intestinal parasites and feed off the nutrients that are provided by the host. A tapeworm is segmented and the segments break off and look like little grains of rice. A round worm is long and round. In large quantities they resemble spaghetti.
