How does vacuum forming work?
i dont know and i dont care
Vacuum forming, also known as thermoforming, is a technique to shape a variety of plastics to a mold called a buck. Vacuum forming is used by hobbyists, designers, and engineers, as well as in industrial settings. A vacuum form table is not a complicated piece of technology -- it requires mechanisms to heat plastic and pour it over a sample, and a chamber from which all the air can be pumped out to form a…
The most common Plastic Forming Machines are Vacuum Forming, and Pressure forming. There is also a forming method called Twin Sheet Forming. This method is rather complex and involves heating 2 extruded plastic sheets simultaneously, and then forming and sealing or fusing these two sheets together during the thermoforming process. Twin Sheet forming is done by very few Thermoforming companies.
