∙ 13y agoI am diagnosed with Vitiligo, and it is basically when Your immune system creates antibodies that kill melanocytes, which give color to your skin and hair and eyes. The melanocytes located in your eyes are in the middle layer and it is very rare for Vitiligo to change eye and hair color. My hair has a silver streak from a Vitiligo spots, but generally Vitiligo covers the hands and feet first.
