It all depends upon the school. Most community colleges will take you. Some schools really want to see your class standing in high school, a more relative evaluation then you actual GPA.
If you have a decent GPA, you have learned what you should and your SAT scores will be higher since you are more likely do better on the test.

I'm not sure about the SAT scores, but im pretty sure a 2.4 GPA is satisfactory. Also I believe the average SAT score is 2300
your SAT scores must total to about a 1500 and your GPA should be about a 1.9 you'll probs get in with those grades
