In this case the items are in limited supply, because they are not mass produced in a factory or in slave labor camps like the merchandise you get at Walmart. Likewise, the demand side of it has a part to play as well. These products are in limited supply and therefor are original which tends to make people want to collect them (meaning that people are demanding them).
