If you miscarried 7 weeks ago and haven't had a period since you still may not be pregnant. On average it takes 6-8 weeks after an early miscarriage for your period to return.

For reference sake I started miscarrying Aug 10, and according to drs conceived Sept 15th.

Most early miscarriages happen before 8 weeks, if your waiting to spread the news. And if your planning on trying again I'd personally advise waiting 1 cycle to try again. Just because if you n the dr (or the drs themselves) don't agree on when you conceived it can be a major headache.
