If you miscarried 7 weeks ago and haven't had a period since you still may not be pregnant. On average it takes 6-8 weeks after an early miscarriage for your period to return.
For reference sake I started miscarrying Aug 10, and according to drs conceived Sept 15th.
Most early miscarriages happen before 8 weeks, if your waiting to spread the news. And if your planning on trying again I'd personally advise waiting 1 cycle to try again. Just because if you n the dr (or the drs themselves) don't agree on when you conceived it can be a major headache.
First 20 weeks
I would say only 3-4 weeks.
It depends how far along you were. The higher thelevel to start with the longer it takes to fall back. From a few days to a few weeks. This is a very good miscarriage site. http://www.womens-health.co.uk/miscarr.asp

not sure wut u mean by tru, but if u mean a positive result indicating a second pregnancy than about a month after the miscarriage. one the hcg has dropped from the miscarriage u can ovulate (which may take 3 or 4 weeks, depending how far along u were) and 2 weeks after taht u can test for a new pregnancy.
It can happen from conception to the very end so to speak. But later on it's a stillbirth.
For a induced miscarriage aka abortion you have to see a doctor and he will give you a surgical or medical abortion depending on your health and how far along you are.
13 weeks
Depends on how far along you are I was only about a month along when I miscarried and I only bled for 4 days
It depends on how far along you were when you miscarried. Under six weeks along, a hGC levels will return to normal quickly. After that time frame it can take a week or two for your hormones to return to normal. It depends on how far along you were when you miscarried. That little bleeding was probably implantation bleeding, I would guess you are about 4 weeks pregnant. ~pawsalmighty
