Actually it is only effective for 16 hours the reason I know this is because a friend who is a community addiction worker rather indiscreetly told me this though they don't advise addicts of this. After being of gear for a week I used two days in a row and was screened 27 hours later and the result was negative. Although I only smoked two 0.3 bags in the preceeding two days it would still suggest that it was only effective for 16 hours. Dihyrocodeine I had taken a few hours before the screen did show I was also advised doses of buprenorphine under 8mg don't show.

The route of use has nothing to do with it. Your body will process anything into your saliva, just like urine and hair. I believe the furthest that the test will go back to is 12-24 hours according to several websites.

Swab test are short term they show up in hours and last only a few days OR LESS . after 72 hours it is gone from system in amounts needed to cross into saliva .

If you are getting an orasure (swab) test then it is between 5-7 days for heroin to be totally undetectable.

OR

If you are getting a urine test then heroin can be undetectable within 3 days.

You can try and "flush" out by drinking lots of water or fruit juice, but this is more effective when urine testing is being used.

The best way to pass drug tests is to stay clean!!
