On land they can run at 1 mile per hour First off, it anaconda. They are fast enough to comsume prey that makes them the biggest snakes on the planet, so I would think they are fast enough.
15mph in top speed
the snake slithered so smoothly, it was as if it was covered in butter
it strikes at least 175-200 miles per hour
Penguins move slow on land but under water they move fast
The scales on their belly are large, and overlap going towards the tail. Strong muscles enable them to push against the ground, pushing them forward.
they move very fast at 40 km per hour.
The andiconda was first discovered by Andrew Conda on March 28, 1969. Andrew Conda died after being bitten by an andiconda and doctors couldnt figure out what kind of snake it was so they named it after him.

Probably not. If Black Mamba could travel at 30mph then someone would have seen one and told me about it. Think how fast that is. What kind of snake can move that fast. It make be able to strike at short distances at incredible speeds but certainly not travel at 30mph.
no a snake cannot move in a straight line as its bones are not stretchable_^^^^^^^^^^&
the snake slithered so smoothly, it was as if it was covered in butter
