Well, it depends on the breed of the dog. Like the Saint Bernard ( don't get a Saint Bernard. I have one and she is vicious) and the Husky, they would go about 30 M.P.H. But im a kid. I'm just guessing.

That would depend on the dog, its size, its weight and its age.
They freeze to death once they're stranded by not having any dogs to pull their sled any more.
I am not too sure. I would guess its because they have certain traits that help them pull sled in winter! Hope that helps a bit!
