Well that depends on your actual ear lobes. Small ear lobes = low stretch, Large ear lobes = bigger stretch. See you should only stretch loabes one gauge once every 30 days, this allows the tissue to expand safely without tearing the tissue. So it really depends on the sixe of your ear lobes, see a professional body piercer, they will discuss your plan and work out a safe schedule to get you up to the gauge you want.

∙ 14y agoTraditional ear lobe stretching is one gauge once every 30 days, no faster, this allows the tissue time to stretch and accept the new jewellery. Even if you think you can skip a gauge don't. Once you tear the tissue you have damaged the piercing and will be left with a mess. Now there will be people who will pipe in saying they did it faster blah blah. Yeah well take the words from a professional ( one gauge once every 30 days no faster and you will have clean health stretched ear lobes ). Best to see your local professional body piercer, they will set you up on a stretching program that will save you money and get you there safely.
