Most high-school players can run form home to first between 2.8 and 3.2. As always there are some people that are faster, I ran it in 2.65, and these girls are usually slappers. If you are slower try to develop a power game to hit the ball out of the infield so that you can get on base more often.
It varies between how much you practice
how much power you have
your arm and footwork
Im 11 And Pitch 58 usually on a good day maybe 63
but fot every foot you leap of the mound you get
3 mph per foot you leap
if she plays travel ball, at least 100 feet. If your in rec, i'd say 75.
When i was 11 i played travel and was really good, i threw 130 feet in 5th grade. it depends on the girls arm.
At least to out feild or farther.
maybe 40 seconds i do it in 30 an im 11

The first women's softball team was formed in 1895 at Chicago's West Division High School. They did not obtain a coach for competitive play until 1899. But in 1904, the Spalding Indoor Baseball Guide devoted a large section of the guide to the game of women's softball (presumably to reach a new demographic for its equipment) and the women's game began to grow.
The first game of softball was played on Thanksgiving Day in 1887 in Chicago. George Hancock is credited with the invention of the (originally) indoor game.
