If you were to water a plant with oil and even some amount of water to go with it, the plant would soon die in less than a week even. The time it would take for a plant to die would depend on what type of plant it is. If you haven't realized yet, the plant affected with oil will not live longer but die sooner than expected. This is my answer, and I hoped it helped all of you questioning people in wonder of it.
The oil in oil spills affect plant growth. The oil, which floats on top of the water, cuts off the sunlight and air supply of plants. This results to the eventual death of the plants because they are unable to undergo photosynthesis.
it affects because its not water and Waters have minerals also oil has so many bad chemicals so the plants will die in less than a week wow so that's the reason why oil don't make a good way to make your plants grow well that's the UN -answered question hope it helped you.
no c02 can get to the plant which suffercates it. Lol nangstar
So you put it in your mouth and your done.
im doing the same science fair project dude lol
yes gasoline already efects the plant after 6 hours the leave hve browb spots
One car can effect a whole farm
destroys all the plants
Since C4 plants need for CO2 is more than C3 plants, doubling the concentration of CO2 will have more positive effect on C4 plants. If CO2 is a limiting factor for photosynthesis, both C3 & C4 plants will have positive effect.
Effect weathering on soil? Because roots hold soil in place, the amount of erosion with plants will be less than without.
you have to save water to prevent green house effect because water is useful in plants and if you dont save then it will be a problem for plants and trees
Plants and animals are effected by the loss of habitat and food.
Oil dilutes soil. This causes plants to die
Oil can kill millions of animals and plants. Oil spills need to be cleaned up as quickly as possible.

Steven Norberg has written: 'Meadowfoam oil yield as influenced by dry matter production and partitioning, flower number, and honey bee density' -- subject(s): Effect of shade on Plants, Effect of temperature on Plants, Limnanthes, Oilseed plants, Plants, Effect of shade on, Plants, Effect of temperature on
Jumping in it. Putting oil into it. Too much fungi and over growing plants.
High cleanup costs, death of plants and animals, and damage to fishing economies.
Oil effect the plant growth by messing up the nutrients by going into the soil and erupting the root so it stops its growth.
Oil spills can have detrimental effects on animals and plants. The oil coats the feathers or fur of animals, impairing their ability to fly, swim, or move. It can also disrupt the balance of marine ecosystems by killing or contaminating fish, shellfish, and other aquatic organisms. Plants near the spill area can die due to the toxic substances present in the oil.
no it does not effect plants.
There are no plants there
If u change the flow of a river's water it effect the plants and animals in the area becuz when the animal's drink the water and the water has oil or poison in it they could die and when some people take the river's water and water the plants, it could rot.
no oil dos not effect an electrical connector
destroys all the plants
