The Holocaust was the genocide of European Jews and others by the Nazis during World War II: the country of "Israel emerged from the Holocaust and is defined in relation to that catastrophe" (Emanuel Litvinoff).
Also, the extensive loss of life amongst a people that have significantly and systematically contributed to arts and science through the centuries implies an irreversible loss for the world.
Its because the holocaust was so brutal and it is a very sad thing in history. MY GOD ITS SAD
Remembering the one caused by Hitler
it did not last for 10 years. Understanding of the Holocaust however has changed.
The holocaust was a torturous place and a cruel and unforgiving time period in Jewish history
we can prevent another holocaust by not getting into hatred, not discriminating or being racist. If the Nazis realized everyone was equeal there wouldn't have been a first holocaust. And if we learn at an early age about how Hitler and the Nazi regime hated on Jews, maybe it will teach kids a lesson on how not to descriminate, be racist, or anything like that.
You cant read the night it is too dark
