It can be several things. I just went to Urgent Care last Friday night after work. My blood pressure was 158/104. Not good at all. The doctor scared the hell out of me (which I needed). I am a 42 year old smoking female. First, you need to lay off fried foods, salt, if you smoke - slow it down as much as possible. Stress is another big cause of HBP. Depending on what your BP is, you need to see a doctor and get medication. The medication makes you feel bad also. It's my 5th day on meds and my head feels sooo weird. Good Luck.
