umm, i think she meant cut as in she likes him, not as in a three year old. what you could do in that case is you could make yourself super hot to him, and give him lots of physical contact, but not too much. you could ask a bunch of people (girls and guys) for hugs, and ask him somewhere near the middle, you could "accidentally" fall into a snowbank with no gloves on, and get him to help you up, and do mainly small things, he will be hitting on you. my sources are personal experience, because there is a girl in my class who is superhot because she does all these things.
