A balanced force is basically Two people Moving a box forward,Which means two people are working to move the box one direction that they need to move,an unbalanced force is taking that box and two people pushing it in opposite directions which means that one person stood at one side of the box and another stood at the other end pushing it to the center which made the box go no were and just squeeze the box under the pressure.
