Any brain injury therapy depends on the brain injury itself. Since no two brain injuries are alike, no two brain injury therapies are exactly alike since different parts of the brain may be damaged and different abilities may need work. The first step for most brain injuries is acute rehab where a team of medical professionals re-teaches a patient basic life skills that they might have lost such as personal hygiene. Those who are slower to recover may then go to sub-acute therapy which is a longer, slower process of re-teaching that often takes place in nursing homes or living facilities. The last step is generally outpatient therapy where professionals work on whatever tasks or abilities are still lacking from the injury.
Just like any other type of severe injury, brain injury requires extensive rehabilitation. Depending on the exact damage to the brain there are several different types of therapy including speech therapy and cognitive therapy.
There is a process that takes place during brain injury rehabilitation. That process is how the brain begins to heal itself so that it can function normally.
I mean thats stupid to ask. And no you cant. Not unless you have surgery, go to rehab for 6 to 8 months, get a brace AND then get cleared to run, then do contact and finally practice and maybe play.

I did this 6 weeks ago had the surgery and was walking with a cane within 3 weeks. The doctors say 6 weeks before you will be off the crutches but it is a long estimate.I also did nerve damage ligament tendon and busted the capsule so if after that and pulling the entire quad off the bone and having it reattacted also. I will go back to work at 8 weeks on light duty. You are going to be looking at a long hard rehab. Do not be in a hurry. Take your time or you will rip it off again. Your leg will not feel completely 100% for almost a year so I have been told. Hope this helps.
No. A nursing home is for any age person who is too ill to be cared for at home, but not in need of hospital care. Sometimes that is a person who has been hospitalized and has been found ready for discharge, but in need of intense rehabilitation, such as a stroke victim. Sometimes that person is a child with a birth condition so severe it warrants custodial care. Other names for nursing homes would be Rehab facilities or sub-acute care facilities. Most specialize in one particular type of care geriatric, rehabilitation, pediatrics, etc so the patients can interact comfortably.

Tendon injury' refers to damage that occurs to a tendon which connects bone to muscle. Sometimes a tendon can be strained or sometimes it can be torn. Rehab can take months depending on the severity.
When you rehab, you are building back up your stamina/muscles. For instance, many professional (and non professional) athletes experience an injury at one point or another in their lifetime. When they do, these players will generally rehab their injury by icing it down daily, stretching it out, elevating it, etc. If you do not rehab yourself, the injury could get worse. Take Steve Nash as an example. During high school, he was always able to dunk. However, he once experienced an ankle sprain, but because he was such a "gym rat," he continued working and playing anyway. Because of his actions, he was no longer able to dunk since his ankle never fully recovered. Had he rehabbed properly, where would he be how? Probably able to dunk.
Yeah, usually.
When you are ready for rehab, the best is just old-fashioned push-ups. Just be sure not to overdo it. It is best to consult a professional trainer after you have completed your physical therapy and your doctor has released you to do regular activities.
