first, stretch out your hands in front of you then try forming a circle (up to breast level only, not until your tummy). next, cut the circle by clasping your hands together and while in its clasping position, pushing it forward. do this simultaneously with the frog kick...that's all! hope it's clear enough...

∙ 14y agoyou can kind of think of it like being a frog. with youre arms you start out in streamline and pull around, but nut all the way, just to your chest; then shoot back intop streamline. With your legs, their straight, then you bend both of them and pull them back around straight again. sorry its kind of confusing.
