There are many things that China does when compared to the US.
The food they eat on a regular basis would be drastically different. While many Americans eat bread, the Chinese do not on a regular basis. The main thing that would be mostly eaten is rice.
The way they speak would also be different. Americans speak English while, the Chinese speak Mandarin Chinese or another dialect of Chinese.
Many older generations and some younger as well, will wake up early to do their morning exercises. This is different from the US as many Americans will join a gym or jog/run along a set route. The Chinese will get together in the mornings at a park to do their exercises, dance or tai chi. Their main modes of transport would also be different. In China, many people do not own cars. They will ride their bicycles, take the bus, MTR (subway), walk, or take a taxi (which is drastically cheaper in China than in the US). Americans generally will have their own cars and drive themselves where they need to go.
