Coal refining is nowhere near as complex as oil refining. Coal is washed with a water or chemical bath to remove some impurities. As much as 30 percent of the sulfur can be removed by washing. At the power plant, coal is pulverized to a heavy powder just before being burned.

Coal does not get refined. Oil gets refined, but coal gets used as it is when it comes out of the coal mine. There is a process called coal gassification by which natural gas can be made from coal, but that is not really a form of refining, and in any event, most coal is simply burned, it is not gassified.
Fractional distillation of coal is a process in which coal is heated to produce a range of hydrocarbon products, such as gases, liquids, and solids. These products can be further refined and used as fuels or chemical feedstocks. The process takes advantage of the different boiling points of the components in coal to separate them based on their molecular weight and properties.
Petrol is not directly made from coal, but rather through a process called coal liquefaction. In this process, coal is converted into a liquid form by heating it at high temperatures and pressures with hydrogen. The resulting liquid can then be refined to obtain fuels like petrol. However, coal liquefaction is not commonly used due to its high cost and environmental concerns.
Coal is extracted through mining, crushed, and washed to remove impurities. Fossil fuels like oil and natural gas are extracted from underground reservoirs or wells, then refined through processes like fractional distillation to separate different components based on boiling points. Both coal and fossil fuels can also undergo additional treatment steps depending on their intended use, such as blending, desulfurization, or conversion into products like gasoline or electricity.
Carbon is not mined like other minerals. It is primarily obtained from fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas through extraction and refining processes. Carbon can also be extracted from biomass sources such as plants and trees through methods like pyrolysis.

Coke is the man made/man refined product of a naturally occurring resource (coal). Nasism is the man refined idea of natural selection.
Peat, but It is a soft transition of harder bituminous coal and is almost useless until refined, and also has to be cleaned by a gradual shaker to be once again useful.
Either crude oil (which is black until refined into diesel and petrol, etc). Or coal that can be burnt in steam engines and coal-fired power stations, etc.
Coal can be reused through a process called coal recycling or coal reprocessing. This involves converting used coal into a more refined form that can be used again for various purposes, such as in power generation or industrial processes. Recycling coal can help reduce waste and environmental impact associated with coal mining and combustion.
Steam generators are being used in many coal plants. There it is used to fuel the engines that process newly found coal so that it may be refined and used.
Some are. Like water for one. How ever not the ones that are refined by man. Like oil, gas, or coal.
Algeria exports crude petroleum, petroleum gas, refined petroleum, coal tar oil and ammonia. They import cars, refined petroleum, delivery trucks, raw iron bars and wheat.

The recipe that I foud was Magma + Refined Steel + Refined Steel + Refined Gold + Charcoal + Teraphyx Dust. I have not tried it yet and I do not know how to obtain magma. Hi, sorry to edit, but here's the real recipe. Magma + Stainless Steel + Stainless Steel + Refined gold + Charcoal + Teraphyx Dust x2 Magma is found on the island far away with snow on top of it, not spire though. Stainless steel is Refined Chromium and Refined steel. Teraphyx dust is Teraphyx horns x2 Charcoal is Coal x2
