100 is considered normal for all ages.

IQ scores are normalized by age, thus theoretically if you got an IQ score of 100 you should always get an IQ score of 100 throughout your life whenever tested. In actual practice deviations in score of about ±5 points are not considered statistically significant. However remember that the only thing an IQ score has ever been shown to consistently predict both reliably and accurately is the ability to score high on IQ tests.

The average IQ for a 12-year-old child is around 100, which is considered to be within the normal range. However, it's important to note that IQ scores can vary and should not be the sole factor determining a child's intelligence or abilities. Other factors such as emotional intelligence, creative thinking, and academic performance also contribute to a child's overall development.
