How is the earth beautiful?

It just is. This is a quite vague question, but it's technically an opinion. It was made the way it is by nature's reactions and cycles, and then partially messed up by mankind's industry and the such.

Its beauty is largely due to the fact that it is unique amongst all other known planets, in that it is the only planet we know of that has lifeforms. It is our home, it gives us life and sustains us. Unfortunately, mankind's greed has transformed our world into something less than beautiful which will, if allowed to continue, wipe us out. When we speak of saving the earth we actually mean saving ourselves. The earth will recover and take care of itself long after we're gone. Whether it remains beautiful or not is entirely down to us.
