The Main conflict in a Wrinkle in Time is resolved by Meg, Charles Wallace, and Calvin working together with Mrs. Who, Mrs. Whatsit, and Mrs. Which to find Meg's father. They do so by going to the planet Camazotz and defeating "IT". Calvin and Meg work together to free the planet, save Charles Wallace from hypnosis, and defeat the evil.
