The question should be, 'How long can you go without food?' A dog should never go without food, not even for a day. What happens to your body and mind when you go without food? It's the same for the dog. The main difference is, the dog can't go to the cupboard or the store to get it's food....you can.
An otherwise healthy dog that suddenly stops eating everything, but will still drink water, may live up to three weeks. However, it would be extremely unusual for a dog to simply stop eating without a medical reason for this - if your dog doesn't eat for about two days, you should take him to a veterinarian as soon as possible for an examination.
A dog can survive without eating for 14 days, procided day wouldn't be in good shape and health.
It shouldn't go more than a few hours without food! Pregnant dogs should eat multiple meals per day to help the babies grow strong.

It is hard to say how long a dog would have, but a dog with radiation treatment is alive a year longer than without treatment.
As long as you take care of it by giving it food and water and the normal stuff you give a dog then he/she should live as long as a dog without cataracts...the only reason he/she would not is if it had to fed for itself which would be near impossible for a blind animal to do.
Your dog won't get ill from eating it, but if they do it over a long period of time they can develop stomach problems.
How long can a 13yr old dog live with fluid on the lungs

It depends on your dog's health, but a dog and coyote mix should live for up to 14 years.
Get your dog to a vet; that's the only way to be sure you are providing the best care. It could be any number of things. There is too much left unsaid in the question. How long has your dog gone without eating? Is your dog active, happy and healthy in every other way? Drinking water? How old? Getting exercise? Socializing with people and other dogs? etc. etc.
