OMG!!! PLEASE TELL ME YOU DID NOT LEAVE YOUR TURTLE LIKE THAT!!!! When turtles are upside down, they have a hard time breathing and sometimes they can't breath at all! If your turtle stopped moving then it problably was trying to preserve whatever oxygen it had left! You may wonder why that would be since they can hold their breath for so long but gravity actually pushes on their lungs, forcing it out. NEVER LEAVE YOUR TURTLE UPSIDE DOWN, ESPECIALLY IF THEY CAN'T FLIP THEMSELVES BACK OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!! Your turtle probably stopped moving to try to preserve whatever oxygen it had left! While you may wonder what the problem is since turtles can hold their breath for hours but the situation is different when they are upside down. Gravity pushes down on their lungs, forcing out the air. They cannot breath and need to be flipped over right away! NEVER LEAVE A TURTLE UPSIDE DOWN, ESPECIALLY IF IT CAN'T FLIP ITSELF OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
