The typical answer is 2or 3 days. But really depends on the meat and type of cooking. I´ve eaten a roasted and stuffed chicken, up to 8 days after it was cooked. And it was not bad. Not as 2 days after..But a sauce helps. Important: wrap it in plastic film: no oxygen for bacteriae.
