∙ 10y agoYou can get tested now, and retested as needed based on your sexual history, for those STDs that have tests available. It's not likely that someone can tell you that you don't have herpes, and there's no commercially available test for HPV. So you can no some things, but you will never "know you don't have STDs." It's not possible to know.
