It depends on its company, if it has a partner it could stay for a long time (with food and water) it also depends on its food and water, in this site you´ll find lot of things about budgies care and other things: http://elbalcondejaime.blogspot.com/
not for long. pet birds demand a lot of attention and can develop plucking habits if they are not given a sufficiant amount. if you are out all day then i don't think it is a good idea to have a pet bird, because it is unfair on it.
Like all birds Budgies are flock animals. If they are alone without a flock or buddy for any period over 10 hours (this is with lots of food, water and toys up the wazoo!) and this becomes runtine, the budgie will get nervous and pluck it's fethers, leading to bald patcches. If you are planning to be away a lot in your life, I sugest getting 2 bugies, so they can keep themselfs company. You can read my article about wether you should get 1 or wo birds (I used lovebirds as an example) search " Is it better to have a pair of Lovebirds then just one? "
it depends on how much fresh food and clean water it has
Leave them alone and stay in your place where no one can go to and lock them out
After mating, a budgie will lay an egg within 14 days. This can depend on what kind of bird the budgie mated with.
1 year and 34 days
I can go alone as long as I have someone in that place where i can stay in their accommodation, however you will be prone to rape.
=yes.=
There is no law addressing this.
Budgies are simple to take care of but read these hints and instructions very carefully: 1. Give your budgie a safe and large enough cage. 2. Give your budgie plenty of fun toys. Replace the toys regularly so your budgie doesn't get bored. Leave your budgie's favorite toy inside. 3. Give your budgie check-ups at the vet at least once a month. 4. Feel your budgie's breastbone (or wishbone) everyday to make sure your budgie isn't fat. You cannot feel the breastbone if your budgie is fat. 5. Give your budgie high-quality food. 6. Replace your budgie's water EVERYDAY! 7. Clean your budgie's cage every week. 8. Have your budgie stay outside the cage WITH YOUR SUPERVISION! 9. Feel your budgie's food (or look) for seeds that have not been eaten or it will starve. 10. Enjoy the budgie!
because they are scare to be alone
It all depends on how long they let stay home alone. When I was 10, they let me stay at home for up to an hour. When I was 12, I could stay home for up to 3 hours. When I was 14, I was baby-sitting, so I could stay home alone for however long I wanted. Hope this helps!!
a amount of time
Love alone will stay was created in 1897.
As long as the parents trust them to be alone. There is no law or regulation, it is a matter of what makes sense.
