The Scripture is silent as to the times of death for both His step-father Joseph and His mother, Mary. However, we can narrow it down a bit if curious.
The last Scripture to mention Joseph alive is at Jesus' 12th birthday visiting the Temple in Jerusalem. At the start of His ministry at 30 years of age, Joseph is no longer mentioned and is presumed dead. Mary however, is present at the crucifixion of her son, Jesus when He was about 36.5 years of age as some scholars have dated this event on Passover, 31 AD. Jesus just before He dies, gives a command to His Apostle to take care of His earthly mother Mary. We do not know how much longer she lived though some historians have placed her travels with the Apostle John several years/decades later.
The mighty romaan empire was in power of that area where Joseph and Mary lived.
She and Joseph settled in Nazareth.
Quite possibly up to the time of the start of His earthly ministry, which would have been 30 years plus.

Joseph and Mary were the parents of Jesus of Nazareth.
Jesus was born soon after their wedding as the Bible says Mary was a virgin when she became pregnant and Joseph wanted to break the engagement.
Mary rode on a donkey, and Joseph walked
No, Mary was not married to Joseph when she conceived.
Very difficult, especially because Mary was pregnant with baby Jesus.
Joseph and Mary recognized Jesus in the temple.
The question is not clear. Joseph was Mary s husband.
